i am trying to get airpods on a monthly payment plan but everytime i go onto the website to get them it says i am not the account holder and i need to ask the account holder to log in. i am the account holder and i’m confused

If you call freephone 0800 956 3146 a tech advisor will be able to correct your MyEE account for you so you can then order your airpods.
