Xbox Series S offer

I ordered a new phone in store yesterday and was told I'd receive a text today to book my delivery in for the series s. I haven't had anything and looking at my contract and receipt there is no mention of the deal.

How can I check I'm eligible for the deal? I went for the Samsung a52s 5g on the 40gb tariff and only really went for this as I want the series s too.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks

Hi @smpcomms

The Xbox Series S devices are sent out 15 - 30 days after you receive your phone.

If you're worried about the order for any reason, I'd recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team.

I’ve spoken to a member of customer (don’t) care team and according to him there’s no record of me paying upfront cost to be eligible for the offer! Receipt i have from the store says otherwise 🤔 is there a specific team dealing with all these queries??

I also purchased one of the phones but have had no further Contact even to say if or when I would be receiving the Xbox. Only contact I’ve had was about the phone itself.

Just as an update for everybody - I received my initial text from EE about the Xbox Series S offer today, which is exactly 14 days after I took the contract. They are arranging delivery shortly. So the information about 15-30 days is accurate, but the info about a text after 5 days is inaccurate - it seems to be that initial text is after the 14 day cooling offer period is completed.

Just to reinforceme this comment. I received the following text on Monday , 5 days after receiving my new handset 

Hi from EE. Thanks for your recent order which includes free X-Box Tech Bundle. Your gift will be sent 15 to 25 days after you have received your handset. We'll send you an SMS when it's on the way. 

So hopefully it will land before Santa arrives 🤞🎅

I've had a text saying that my Series S is now being processed and the next I will hear from is the courier. This was a week ago - nothing since.

I'm hoping it comes soon!
