Xbox Series S offer

I ordered a new phone in store yesterday and was told I'd receive a text today to book my delivery in for the series s. I haven't had anything and looking at my contract and receipt there is no mention of the deal.

 

How can I check I'm eligible for the deal? I went for the Samsung a52s 5g on the 40gb tariff and only really went for this as I want the series s too.

 

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks

Hi Chris

 

just so I understand,  I will get 2 messages one that I've received saying :

 

Hi from EE. Thanks for your recent order which includes free X-Box Tech Bundle. Your gift will be sent 15 to 25 days after you have received your handset. We'll send you an SMS when it's on the way. 

 

And then the 2nd Sms staying its on its way. Is this after my 14 day DSR or once I've received my new handset as had this 1 week now ? If thats the case earliest is 10th Dec and latest 25th !

That's right @Stulad

 

You'll receive a second text once your Xbox has been dispatched. It will be dispatched 15-25 days from the date you received your phone.

I received this text too on the 25th November to say it's being processed and the next I will hear is off the courier, as of today I've still not heard anything from the courier

@Kyle009 ok, I will keep checking on here as we both received phones on the same day, so should both receive Xbox at roughly the same time. I will post on here once I get an update as its been processing for a week now, so surely it's got to be any day now.
