@Seanyp66   Just to check the sim is activated?  and is a contract sim ?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Sim is activated, it’s a contract. Works fine on the network and WiFi

Hi @Seanyp66

What makes you say your WiFi calling isn't working?

Are you not able to make & receive calls or texts when you have no coverage but good WiFi signal?

Or is there another reason?

No texts or calls whilst on WiFi call. I have no network at home. WiFi call is turned on. Other phones in the household can use it.

Back to basics then.. I assume you're aware that WiFi-calling only kicks in when you have minimal or no mobile coverage (hence asking), it sounds like that criteria has been satisfied.

Can you use other internet apps over the same connection - web browsing that's not cached, for example?

Have you disconnected from the WiFi network and reattached? And disabled & re-enabled WiFi calling? Have you restarted the device?

I have the same issue. New SIM with a New iPhone 12 mini and the wiFi calling is the only thing that doesn't work.

I seem to remember the same thing happened to my phone when I moved to EE. This was fixed instantly by an EE rep on the phone. But it seems impossible to actually speak to a real person by dialing 150 at the moment. EE you need to employ more staff!!!!
