New account. Registered and logged in. Have a PAYG sim. Topped up £10. I don't want to pay by card and have £10 taken every month so I click on 'pay by top up'. After hitting 'confirm' I get the following nonsensical message:

Thanks - you've purchased a new pack

We've taken £0.00 from your credit to pay for the £10 Pack
You now have: £10.00 credit remaining

? Why is it not working?

Seems that one has to actually use it - send a text or something, to actually trigger it to appear on one's plan. Very confusing system with no explanation that this is the case.
