I am trying to access by sport on my phone, I have access via a benefit on my contract, but tonight I cannot access anything, if I try to watch anything it says that I need to upgrade my package from BT Sport lite to BT Sport pack. I’ve tried deleting and redownloading the app, but nothing works.Any ideas what I can do to resolve this
