By Sport's add on

My phone contract has ended but I have a BT Sport add on benefit that was added quite recently. If I decide to move network and get a new phone contract, how does that affect the add on, I would want it ended too, but will I owe anything then🤔🤔

It's an add-on to your EE contract. When your contract is cancelled by moving to another network the add-on goes with it.

Hi @Debbie445 ,

If you intend to change network, I would recommend to try to get that Add-On refunded and removed.

It's possible others may be certain you may still benefit from that Add-On but you will have no recourse if anything goes wrong so it would be much cleaner to get it removed if you intend to leave shortly after its activation.
