Apple Music Smart Benefit not showing in available list.

ROBPUGH

I've just upgraded my plan to a Smart plan including Apple Music.
My account is now showing the new plan details, but I have no Smart Benefits showing as active, and Apple Music isn't available for me to add.
It is, however, showing as a Currently Active Add-On.
However, when I open Apple Music on my iPhone, all I see is a banner for Get 6 Moinths if Apple Music free, then £9.99 a month.
Can anyone offer any advice on this?

Thanks in advance

Morning @ROBPUGH

Thanks for coming to the community.

If you text PICK to 150, does Apple Music show as an option?

Which plan did you select?

Thanks 🙂

Leanne.

Hi Leanne,

Thanks for getting back to me.

I've tried texting to 150, selecting APPLE MUSIC, and got the following reply:
"Sorry we were unable to complete your request.
Please try again later or if you continue to receive this message call us on 150."

It's the 5G Smart Plan with 160Gb data.

I'd previously signed up for an Apple Music trial, which I cancelled when the trial period was up (this shows in my Add-ons), and I suspect this is why I can't get to the Apple Music Smart Benefit.

Thanks @ROBPUGH

I would suggest giving us a call on 150 and the team will get this looked into for you.

Let me know how you get on 🙂

Leanne.
