Whats the difference between BT sport lite and BT sport pack

I am trying to access by sport on my phone, I have access via a benefit on my contract, but tonight I cannot access anything, if I try to watch anything it says that I need to upgrade my package from BT Sport lite to BT Sport pack. I’ve tried deleting  and redownloading the app, but nothing works.Any ideas what I can do to resolve this

If you log into your my EE app and select add-ons, do you have BT Sport showing?

Hi Leanne, the problem has sorted itself, I don’t know how, but when I tried to access it yesterday morning, it logged into by sport  no problems. Thanks for the response.

im having the same issue, my ee account clearly states I have the BT Sport Large Screen benefit but I can’t seem to access any live content on the app

Have you set up BT Sports direct with EE by texting SPORT to 150?

Hi Leanne,

Yes, I have the BT Sport smart benefit that I’ve been using for about a year and all of a sudden it’s locked half the games claiming that I need to upgrade from the BT sport lite to the BT sport pack. The smart benefit is BT sport ultimate so why is this not covered?
