I ordered the new iPhone 12 pro using a standard upgrade on the app. Paid the upfront cost and I’ve only had an order confirmation. No delivery information at all and I don’t have any idea when it will be delivered. I’ve tried to track it online but it doesn’t work? Any suggestions/help would be appreciated, thank you

DPD will send you a text when your order is out for delivery.
