Order update

Hi, I placed an order for the iPhone 12 Pro 128Gb in Gold on November 7th and had an email to confirm my pre-order. 

 

I’ve had a couple of emails since then to say my order is on track, but no expected date for delivery yet. 

Is it possible to find out how much longer I will have to wait please?

 

Also, I didn’t receive an email confirmation, just a text... is this normal? Thanks

Due to limited stock availability, we are fulfilling all orders for the iPhone 12 Pro 128GB Gold on a first come first serve basis and are working with Apple to get this to you as soon as possible.

 

We are sorry for the delay. If you have any queries about your individual order, I'd recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team on 150.
