I ordered my iPhone 12 pro on 25 October and i was told within 2 weeks i would get it but then today it changed to estimated delivery between 18-23 November. Have people received their phone sooner? I did trade in pf my old phone and i also got an email saying if i don't send in my old phone by 23 November i will be charged the £100 trade in value. How can i send back my old phone before i receive my new one?
Mine was ordered 23rd Oct, had nothing but ‘awaiting confirmation’ in the delivery date part until last night when it said the system was down, then it updated to also saying 18th-23rd Nov.
If it arrives 18th that will be 26 days. If it arrives 23rd that’ll be 31 days (a whole calendar month)!
It’ll arrive when it arrives but it’s still frustrating.
Don't worry, you won't need to send your old phone back before you receive your new one. You should receive a text nearer the time to confirm we are aware of the delay.

Do you know if there is a significant delay on delivery as some people are saying they have received their phones and they ordered around the same time as me.
I ordered on the 2nd November and was told no more than 21 days and I am now looking at 5 weeks so I think we are all in the same boat. However, no explanation from EE so it would be good to know what the situation is if you get a reply on your question.

@Katie_B Same as above post. My estimated delivery was 18th-23rd now back to awaiting confirmation. I ordered mine on 23rd October and was told 14 days. Then after 14 days I was told another 14 days. I finally got an estimated delivery date for it to go back to awaiting confirmation once that date came round. I’m started to get really annoyed now. You clearly have no stock at all. I ordered the gold 128gb
Same. Mine was saying estimated delivery between the 18th and 23rd, I went on today and it is back to awaiting confirmation. I ordered mine on the 25th of October. Starting to get a bit frustrating now. Just want to know what is going on!
