Iphone 12 pro delivery dates

I ordered my iPhone 12 pro on 25 October and i was told within 2 weeks i would get it but then today it changed to estimated delivery between 18-23 November. Have people received their phone sooner? I did trade in pf my old phone and i also got an email saying if i don't send in my old phone by 23 November i will be charged the £100 trade in value. How can i send back my old phone before i receive my new one?

This doesn’t bode well for any of us does it. I’ve just checked and mine is still saying 30/11 to 5/12 but no doubt it’ll change if yours has been pushed back as I ordered after you. 

If I can confirm the delivery date of the 6th December is accurate from looking last night, I’m quite tempted to cancel and go with Three and get the Pro Max. I will try and do an online chat and see what they say. However I don’t really know who to trust as it looks like the networks will tell you whatever they want to get your order. Just like EE have done telling us 21 days when it most blatantly is not the correct lead time.

No it doesn’t bode well. They have done nothing but lie to me. 

At one point I was talking to a lady from EE on Twitter and a man from EE on Facebook messenger and they both were telling me different things. One telling me no idea when I’ll get the phone and the other telling me he was confident within 14 days. 

I would rather them just tell me the truth that they have no stock and no idea when they’re getting some. 

Meanwhile I paid to upgrade early yet no phone and they have my money. And the upgrade fee goes down daily. 

Oh dear this just gets worse and worse doesn’t it. I posted on their Instagram advert about it and got a reply which basically said you’ll get it as soon as we can get it to you.  

With regards to the early upgrade fee, how far off were you from your renewal date? The reason I ask is I was about 6-7 weeks away and got mine wiped as my new tariff is more than I am paying on my current contract with them. Not sure if the same could apply to you perhaps and worth asking EE? 

The more I hear from everyone the more I want to cancel. I need a new phone as my current one is not quite right so the delivery date from anyone else has to be nailed on guaranteed. Quite how EE are getting away with no stock AND charging the highest fees is beyond me. I claim my bill as it’s used for work but that still isn’t enough to keep me with them if this appalling service continues.

I have 2 lines. One for me and one for my daughter. When I upgraded mine I was the same as you 6 weeks early and they wiped the fee. But upgrading my daughters was a year early and cost me £468. Which I’m fine with as it’s for her 18th. However I’m slightly annoyed that each day that cost goes down with no sign of getting either phone I have ordered. 

Ah I see. I am glad they wiped your early upgrade fee on your phone. 

I completely understand however how frustrating it must be with the fee you had to pay for your daughters phone. 

I’ve looked on the order tracker today and it’s still currently saying the same week for delivery. However I do expect it to change very soon. 

Keep us posted on when yours arrives so we get a clearer view on what’s the more accurate ETA in this mess. 

I ordered mine on the 19th of October and i've still had nothing... useless. Ive called, emailed, complained, tweeted, facebook messaged, twitter messaged and nothing. Useless replies saying i'll get an email updating me if anything changes. I know I will but I want some proper help... very frustrated.

what colour have you ordered?

I spoke to someone today on EE and he basically said the gold isn’t in stock at all. 🙁
