Upgraded my phone 2 days ago & still awaiting confirmation of delivery date?

I ordered my new upgrade 2 days ago. It says it's in stock and usually dispatched within 24 hours. Why wouldn't I have a delivery date yet?

@Zara_K  I recommend that you call customer services to make sure everything is ok. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Hi @Zara_K,

 

You can check your order status on the order tracker for any updates.

 

Once your delivery is on its way, you will also receive a text from DPD confirming the day and time slot which you can then mange via DPD.

 

Which handset did you go for?
