Trade in delay

I have traded in my old phone against a new one.  I have had notification that it has been received and accepted by the third party.  However, I have not had any contact from EE themselves or had the value of the old phone credited to my account.

Anyone else suffering a similar delay or have any solutions?

@davidpowell4  They’ve received it and have acknowledged that, but they need check it over first. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
