I upgraded my phone a couple months ago and the monthly charge is meant to be £75 but I'm being charged way over £100 a month. Why is this?

@Emilymai96 Have you looked at your bill breakdown? It’ll say on there if there is any out of allowance charges. When you look at your account it’ll say what tariff you have is that correct? If everything looks right then you need to call customer services about this.
