Hello!
Can anyone provide clarity on topping up and auto renewing a pay as you go SIM card?
About a month ago I got a pay as you go SIM. It's almost time for a new month, and that means a new payment. Will it auto renew? I got a text that said, "Make sure you have £15 credit so your £15 pack can automatically renew tomorrow. Your current balance is £0.00. To top up now go to...." I thought auto renew meant it would automatically renew without me doing anything. If I put in £15, I'm worried I will get double-charged. Does anyone have experience with this? Thanks!

- If you have set up a recurring payment from a bank card the payment will be auto taken from your bank card & then the pack will auto renew.
- If you have NOT set up a recurring payment you will need to top-up before the pack will auto renew.

I don't want the top up to be set to auto renew but there is no other option. I would be worried about me paying a top up and the auto renew taking a payment therefore 2 payments. I will ask EE for clarification to avoid hassle
