I am a clinically vulnerable person and I have £50 credit and no money left in my bank to top up. My pack didn't renew and I have been left with no phone contact with my support workers. It's absolutely disgusting how EE can do this

@Mrmjc : What does texting AL to 150 from it fully report verbatim (it is free)?
Buy the pack again using its text code.
