I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.
i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

I pre ordered on 8th March.
128 Black and have never had an update.
When I call EE the automated system will only accept EE phone numbers. I don't have an EE phone number as I am joining from another network.
Can anyone tell me how to get talking to someone from EE without an EE phone number, thanks in advance.
Congrats to those who have received their phone, I'm bored of waiting!

I ordered on the 27th Feb over the phone, got mine about 1 - 2 weeks ago. They said first come 1st serve basis so you should have yours I would follow up with a mamger telling them this info. I am sending this using it. However mine was grey I know the black were different so this is only relevant if you ordered grey. 128 gb. 512 is a huge delay

Hey @Gary_H believe me I’ve been down every route possible to complain and get to the bottom of what the hell is going on and no one even supervisors / the complaints department can give me a straight answer.
I ordered the 128gb grey so defo would have expected it by now 😞
