Samsung s20 ultra order

I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.

 

i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

@LukeAshley  mate an advisor sold me a new contract and told me I'd have it next day and then I can cancel the store preorder when they reopen. Even charged me the next day postage fee... Turns out he never closed the order the phone was never in stock and I had to phone them to find that out when it didn't arrive on Saturday! Cancelled the lot and opened a complaint case.

@Martinkyeo was that 512gb grey version you got today mate? Or the 128gb?

 

Has anyone recieved the 512gb grey recently???

It’s so shocking ! So when are they saying your order was from now then ? They literally don’t care about ‘supporting their customers’ 

 

its **bleep** ! 

I think the worst thing about how EE has handled this situation is the lies. I sent my S20+ preorder from Carphone Warehouse back because when I asked for my PUK, EE convinced me to upgrade to S20 Ultra 128gb Grey and told me I would have it the next day. Needless to say,  that was the first lie told by a really attentive EE advisor. Every time I call, I get a different story.  I'm now monitoring which date they have fulfilled up to and hoping they reach orders made on 10th March soon.

 

I'm completely fed up!

what’s annoyed me is I’ve always had Apple since they were released, and I’ve finally found courage to switch and actually make the change and now all that excitement and fun has been sucked out and am wondering if the phone is actually even worth it now.... 

You WILL love Samsung.  For that, I'm sure. I guess the launch date coinciding with the current global situation did not help. This is my first time experiencing a delay and I always preorder the Galaxy S range 

 

 

So I have just spoken to someone who offered the option of cancelling and getting it tomorrow.

 

The person confirmed that the 512GB in Grey is NOT in stock and there is no update as to when it will be put in stock and to just wait - it is showing as not in stock on the EE website and he said more than likely it has not been delivered from Samsung

 

Has anyone actually received the 512GB?

I would not risk cancelling it for a promise of a delivery by tomorrow they don’t seem to know their a*se from their head right now....
