Samsung s20 ultra order

I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.

i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

Yeah you should have had it before or at the same time as me. Hope you get it soon. I was excited however by the time I got it I was just glad I don't have to contact ee anytime soon. Was stressful.

i dont believe anyone has had their 512gb version. its like they made some for the press to do reviews then nothing. not one more.

dropping over 1k on anything, you expect to be kept informed of delays and cause in an honest manner.  I feel for the staff taking the calls from frustrated customers. EE should have sent out a circular.

the 512gb version has not seen a restock at all... seems 128gb versions are being restocked just fine.

The 512gb one is now showing out of stock at Samsung now, before it showed a couple of weeks delivery time so I'm gutted, just have to wait.

Got our Grey 512gb ultra today can confirm it does have 16gb ram and my partners 128gb ultra has 12gb.

@Ksb1984 your the first person I've seen recieve a 512gb, I also ordered this in Grey can I ask when you ordered it and when was your last update from EE? I called them last week and was told 21 working days from last Friday (ordered on the 1st March)

Im getting really peeved seeing people who ordered the grey 128gb after me getting theirs before me.

So much for first come first served. CLEARLY NOT!!!!!!
