Samsung s20 ultra order

I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.

 

i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

I preordered mine and paid the £100 early upgrade fee on the 20th of Feb over the phone and havent heard a word from EE unless I've contacted them myself. I've received no order confirmation email no text literally nothing and when I call or use the web chat they say theres delays but the order is on my account 😅😅. I understand theres a lot more important issues going on at the moment so I'm not really bothered about the delay but it's been over a month and no communication from them.

Yea mate ! I ordered mine 11th March, paid £290 to get out of contract early, then £50 upfront for the phone so basically £350 upfront.... called 7 times, each time bern told different excuses. Got an email this morning to say ‘Great News, the phone is back in stock’ so called them again, they say it’s been in stock this whole time but DPD aren’t coming to collect the devices... but then he changed his mind and said they might not be in stock. So I’ve raised an official complaint and am waiting for the complaints department to contact me. 

yes, grand scheme of things, more important things are happening in the world. But don’t A. lie to me on pre order and take my money upfront knowing there is a delay, yet telling me I’d receive it on time. And B. Sort your customer service and communication out. One team says one thing, and another team says the opposite. It’s so stressful ! 

Hi, I ordered my ultra on the 29th of February in store meaning store collection.. Obviously all stores are closed and won't re-open for some time now, but did anyone switch from store collection to delivery? I've been told it cannot be done?

@LukeAshley seems to be alot of this going on, misinformation. Also the fact that the online people are telling me they can't see the pre order I placed at store on the 2/3/20 because they use different systems? Even though I have a physical preorder form and receipt for the cash deposit paid. Surely it should be attached to your account.

Not expecting mine anytime soon.

I been told that EE gonna phone you and grab delivery address from you when the phone is in stock, so I am just waiting for that notification to appear, hope to get it by end of April 🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞

Seen on here people have got it moved from shop to home delivery its who u get on the phone can they be bothered to help !! Sent from my Samsung Galaxy smartphone.

@Doodle-s Its appalling customer service. Online advisor is telling they are complete out of stock, regardless of the fact I got an email this morning saying back in stock and regardless of the fact if you go to buy it online now with EE it says In stock and expected delivery within 14 days !!! 

but the advisor on the call said it’s in stock and they are awaiting DPD to collect all the deliveries. 

cant contact DPD without an order number so again, sitting here like a duck on water helpless 🤦🏽‍♂️ 

Mines arrived today, was the ultra gray ordered 3rd March for comparison. Glasgow area
