I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.
i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order
Same for me too to be honest but I'm more hopeful we won't be waiting too long after my phone call. I actually felt this lady was the most honest I've come across so far. I reckon anyone likely to receive one on monday will get a text/email tomorrow evening as it's usually the evening before isn't it 🙂
I ordered on the 7th March and im just 'Awaiting confirmation'. No contact from EE. You would think as yesterday was release day that that would push out some comms.
Ordered on the 27th feb. Was told the 10th for delivery when I ordered it. Was told yesterday it was getting dispatched and due to arrive today. Heard nothing from dpd.
Online tracker still says awaiting confirmation. Havent been given a date of when to expect it and havent been offered anything
Hi, I ordered my S20 Ultra 512gb on Feb 28th. I was told I would receive it on Monday March 16th. I've now been told EE are out of stock and have no clue when more stock will come in. Has anyone received this model from a pre-order? Does anyone know anything different from what I've been told. Thank you!
