Samsung s20 ultra order

I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.

i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

Quick question poll for you all- State below when you ordered your ultra and when you got it delivered/ or if you're still waiting.

Ordered 27th Feb online but had to complete over the phone. Was originally told 18th then 10th then 13th and now 31st "guaranteed" and was comped £30.

I ordered mine on the 21st Feb and I haven't heard anything from EE or DPD regarding dispatch?

That's what I've seen Samsung say on twitter, wouldn't hurt the EE twitter to update with the same statement.

Ordered mine on 25th February. Not received anything and getting different responses. Confirmation order status says between 24/03 and 26/03. Not impressed

Ordered 1st march promised 13th march,now cant give a expected delivery day but if dont cancel order and wait £30 credit will be placed on my account

@EmLouisex I don't know why with the dates I was given but at least you know you'll be first in line I guess? Have you tried doing the DPD trick people have mentioned? You get the app and put your information in and it may tell you on there before you hear elsewhere. Worth a shot I guess.
