Samsung galaxy fold z release

I have pre ordered the fold z and had conflicting information from EE, such as the 18,21 September and we have no date so no one should be giving out a date is what I have been told.

 

Do we have a confirmed ee release date as to when I will get my product

Reading through the comments it looks as if the bronze phones are slowly being dispatched. The stock issues seem to be more predominant with the black phones - I ordered on the 02nd at 10:00PM, I've seen comments from people on here who ordered well after me and are receiving their orders tommorrow,the key difference being they ordered the bronze phone.

I was promised delivery by Friday for sure.

This will be the last lines I get with EE I seriously hate all the mixed messages and their first come first service crap means nothing

I have received confirmation from DPD and booked 12-1 hour slot for tommorow.

My order for Mystic Bronze was confirmed 17th sep.

Do you recommend I call EE tomorrow as I have ordered to store and not to my home address, as you can already imagine I haven't received any correspondence from EE as of yet however, with DPD texts/emails coming through for home delivery, I'm worried about the store orders being put at the back of the list! I ordered 12/09/2020 and the Mystic Bronze for reference.

I’m also in North London and not even had the email saying I’ll get my phone soon, doesn’t feel like it will ever come.

I will be calling today and asking for compensation as it seems you have to ask ee for it. Would also like some kind of time frame on order

I've had no compensation, I believe a few have had the up front cost returned and think I saw someone got that plus a discount on their first bill, doubt we'll all be offered anything close to that.

Staff must be on there last nerves

I just asked for an update this morning and was given the rudest experience
I've had with an EE advisor who claimed everyone on here are lying about
their phones 😂 which I know their not lol
