Samsung galaxy fold z release

I have pre ordered the fold z and had conflicting information from EE, such as the 18,21 September and we have no date so no one should be giving out a date is what I have been told.

Do we have a confirmed ee release date as to when I will get my product

Just thought I would chime in to maybe give some reassurance to those yet to receive a delivery confirmation. 

After seeing all those that had been notified I decided to call EE and check mine. The guy carefully explained the various stages my order had gone through. He confirmed mine had now been picked from stock and was ready for dispatch and it was just waiting for a DPD allocation. He said as it was quite late in the day now it was most likely I will get a DPD notification in the morning (though couldn't rule out getting one this evening) he is going to call me in the morning to make sure it's on track.

We then spent about 20 mins having a really good geeky tech conversation so I was certain he was on the ball!

So, if you haven't heard yet don't despair! It does seem to be moving now.

For the record I ordered on the 6th, Bronze colour and I am in Norwich

I've just been told it's as and when they pick I'll get the text, she said give it a couple of days and then maybe wait till Friday. Seems its complete pot luck who gets one. I ordered black on the 3rd

@JonCameron weirdly I ordered mystic bronze on the 8th online and it's being delivered tomorrow. Near Norwich.

Just spoke to a guy at upgrades in Greenock. He's saying that there is a general lack of Mystic Black devices and the Bronze ones seem to be starting to go out now. Wasnt able to give me a timeliness and said they are wholly dependant on Samsung at this point.

Literally just got the text from DPD! Delivery tomorrow. Ours will probably be on the same van 🙂

Ive been reading this post since the start. Ive been hoping to get mine but im at very north of scotland so if its down to location i doubt i will be getting mine anytime soon.

This my first time pre ordering a phone as well. And i took a day of my work on realise day as many of you did.

Very disappointed in the lack of communication from EE.

Hope everyone that got texts from dpd enjoy there new phones when they get them tomorrow.
