I have pre ordered the fold z and had conflicting information from EE, such as the 18,21 September and we have no date so no one should be giving out a date is what I have been told.
Do we have a confirmed ee release date as to when I will get my product

Just had my text message. 12 hours after my dpd message, saying its going to my local shop tomorow. and its not its going to my house today according to dpd.. this is beyond a joke now for a communication company.

@Dinos87 I'm getting mine today but raises several complaints in order to request compensation.
The exec team offered £50 off my next bill. I haven't accepted it yet as I stated it was insufficient as they were still not providing a delivery date and clear and concise communication. I also stated that direct customers had better communication and also recieving earbuds and compensation.
They have now sent me a written letter to which I'm going to see what they offer. So rest assured, you are able to claim something
Also, this comment will be screenshot and is not breaking any rules. Any thing we're to happen to it, I will add further to my complaint

I ordered on the 8th mystic black and still not received any DPD text.
How can a company the size of EE firstly take pre-orders for something they could never fulfil and secondly not have a clue when they're getting their stock?
It's a joke a absolute joke!
Just a sales technique to blag us all to preorder.
So now we all have to guess when to take a day off work.
JOKERS!!!

For the info gatherers
I ordered the Mystic Black on the 10th, I received the order confirmation text (no e-mail).
I got another text on the 18th saying my order was on track (had the day off work expecting delivery)
Phoned on the 19th told there was no stock and it will probably be next week.
Phoned on 21st told there was still no stock and to phone back on Friday if I haven't received it as "all customers are told it can take 7 days from launch to receive their device". Even though when I upgraded, I was told I would have the phone Friday 18th, maybe earlier. I told the operator that the communication was not good enough, surely a company the size of EE has a direct line to Samsung whenever needed. So there is no excuse for the lack of communication. Even if it's just to say 'It's Samsungs fault'. I was told they can refund my £6.95 delivery fee. I never formally accepted the refund so I don't know if it has been credited or not.
No further communication so far.

@Guiltybydesign I ordered mine at 10am on the 3rd in mystic black and ive heard nothing either. @mikeyhmikey12 is in the same position too!
