Order tracking: pay monthly orders

Hello,

I had ordered the iPhone 11 228gb black and it was delivered in the previous email address where I used to live and forgot to update,. And now the person living in that place is address messaged and said Dpd took the item back.So how do I get the phone back now?

You'll need to give our customer care team a call about this so they can update the details. The phone will come back to us now and your upgrade will most likely need to be reprocessed.
