If you sign in to your My EE account on our website rather than the app, does it do the same thing?

Hi Chris, yes - same thing on web site. TBH I haven’t tried again lately. 

(I have the 4.55.1 updated version of the App. )

Web site shows ‘unexpected error occurred. Please try again later. ‘

As it's all up to date the best thing to do is have a chat with Tech Gurus so they can take a deeper look into this, and find out what's going on.

I also noticed on past bills online when I checked today (as suggested) the date for last year reads 2021!!

 

Something wrong there too I think. !!?!
