Error when viewing pack

I keep getting an error message when trying to view my current pack - this is on both the app and website. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, updated my phone and it still isn’t working - any ideas?

Use text AL to 150 instead in the meantime.

Hello,
the issue is still going on, I tried to change my pack yesterday and couldn't do it, and this morning the issue persist?!?!?! How come this has not been fixed yet? Unnaceptable. I do not want to text, I would l would like to browse, is it too much ask in 2021?
