£1 data pack and new pack types

I have been using a £1 weekly data pack for a long time. Had many boosts on it, mostly on the data. I received a text about a new set of PAYG packs starting, and then £1 was deducted from my balance and the end date moved on a week as usual, but the amount of data/mins/texts didn't start again remaining at what was left from the previous pack. Is this an error? A change to one of the new type of pack? If I have to change to one of the new packs what happens to all my accumulated boosts?

If you switch to the new packs you will retain all your existing Boosts. However on the new packs you will auto earn new data only Boosts every 2 months but only up to 6 of the new Boosts.
