So ive used 500gb of my 5G ee phone sim this month according to support .

My speeds 4g went from 100/20 to 10/4 for a week now.

Support say its likely traffic management. They also said there are ongoing network issues, for a while now- NO FIX TIME.

I cant check https://coverage.ee.co.uk/ as i get error "HTTP Status 400 – Bad Request".

Tried Sim in different 5g phones, I'm on Samsung note 10+ 5G.

Tried Reset phone. APN. Updated phone etc still slow speeds.

When i initially joined Fair usage was 1TB limit then 650GB now 500GB in a few months it will be 100GB.

My 5G stopped working for over a year apparently there MAST issue i just read here today.

1. Does traffic management refresh every month?

Also in my account current usage section, I use to see a GRID with the amount of data being used each day. All i see is now is "Get a monthly breakdown of all your usage. Call us on 150 or 07953 966 250 to discuss pricing".

2.How much is it to enable this again?

EE Technical Support have said my account is flagged for traffic management.

They probably mean it's FUP'ed as you've exceeded your FUP.

So does this mean next month it should auto reset or would i have to request this by contacting support again?

Depends on whether you keep doing it. EE reserve the right to move you to a business a/c if they consider you are not using it just for personal use, by going beyond their FUP.

So isn't that them breaking there contract with me as the technical support guy says is 500GB but the document below says 600GB. Also I am using 1 tether device.

https://ee.co.uk/content/dam/ee-help/help-pdfs/EE-Price-Guides/ee-monthly-price-plans-02092020.pdf

UNLIMITED PLANS
50GB fair use policy applies outside UK. Personal, non-commercial use only. If you regularly tether 12 or more
devices, we will consider this non-personal use and have the right to move you to a more suitable plan. We will
consider usage above 600GB/month to be non-personal use and have the right to apply traffic management controls
to deprioritise your mobile traffic during busy periods or to move you to a business plan. You can gift up to 100GB.
Data usage on an unlimited plan will decrement from giftable allowance. Any data boost allowance will be added to
the giftable allowance.

A slip of the tongue or failing memory?

Nope. I will chase this up again with customer service after 2 December if things haven't improved by then.
