I have pay monthly on a tablet that I use every so often but not regular and this is the last thing that I have with ee, and although I don't take it out of the house and my bill shows that I have no calls and texts on it I keep being charged 7.32 and my ee bill won't show me what it's for? Can anyone help, its a Samsung tablet. T.i.a. kay.
@Magenta33 Why not login to your account and look at the out of allowance charges. Your bill will not show what’s its for as it’s just a bill for the whole amount. If it’s not showing what it’s for you’ll need to call customer services and ask.
