I’m looking to add an apple ipad to my current contract. I have the 20% Perk voucher that I am trying to put into the discount voucher code box however it keeps saying voucher not valid. I have generated a new voucher and still saying the same. It looks like it has 10% loyalty discount on already but I would rather the 20%. Is this an error with the website as the 10% discount is on everything.
I think it’s a problem with the site, I went for an upgrade and tried to add my perk code and it didn’t work, try calling and tell them the code didn’t work they’ll honour the code!
