Promised additional Gb but it's not showing in my Add Ons

Hi. This is maybe one for an EE person....today I phoned and was offered a new contract, which had a discount on the cost and additional 3Gb data. I agreed.
Moments later I look at My EE to check everything and under Add Ons etc. I can see the discount, but not the additional 3Gb. All my calls, made & received, are recorded and it's very clear in the recording that the EE agent offered the additional 3Gb so I can provide evidence of what was offered and what I accepted. How do I take this forward and get the 3gb added and who/where do I forward my recording of the promise to provide them to, if necessary?
LATER UPDATE - THIS IS NOW RESOLVED.

Account wise it will kick in today but may take a few days if not end of your Account Month refresh date to show on your My EE
