ESIM PROBLEM

AndyMarshall
Visitor

I scanned the QR for my new SIM but the number appears as 00 0000 000000 rather than my actual number. What should I do?

Hi @N_ro,

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

Which phone are you using? Have you restarted it since activating your eSIM?

Are you able to use your mobile number as usual?

Hi @N_ro,

Is everything working as it should calls and texts wise? If it is, it isn't anything to worry about.
