I've let my monthly price continue beyond my contract date and now need to stop overpaying! I don't want a new phone, I don't want more data (and I don't want less than I have - 2GB).
The sort of monthly price I would pay on Giffgaff or Smarty would be £6-£8 but SIM Only deals on EE are much higher (and with a long contract!) - basically the choice is a small reduction on what I'm paying now with a lot more data, or a bigger reduction - but less data than now, and still a higher price than the others and a 24 month contract!
Does anyone have any experience of the sort of retention deals that EE might offer to stop me going elsewhere? Or would EE be happy to let me go? Is it worth the phone call and presumably a long wait on hold?
(I realise EE's prices are more competitive with Giffgaff for higher data amounts. Also that I need to check network coverage.)

Hello @kh412112
Welcome to the community
You can view all of EE's current SIM only plans at online EE shop - you might well get some offer by going the retentions route, but equally EE are unlikely to compete on price with budget operators.

Hi @kh412112 ,
The below link takes me to upgrade offers better than the prices available to new customers. It may work for you.
The impression I get is that you might get a slightly better price if you ask and have competing numbers to back up the request. I was offered 12% off an additional line just chatting to them.
