£8 a month sim only showing as £20 a month

Hi

This morning spoke to a lovely cheerful man called Dan he popped my two additional lines onto £8 a month SIM only and since then I’ve logged into my online account and they are showing as £20 a month is this right?

@Blondekerryr_   So that’s 2 lines on two tariffs at £8 per month for each totalling £16.   Please look in add ons to see if you have any discount applied on each line. The tariff will show the true cost of the plan it will not show the discount as that is taken away once billed.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Just to add to @Chris_B  post, it can sometimes take longer than 24Hour (sometimes Days) before any discount or add on to appear on your Account.
