Hi, my upgrade was confirm on December 2th. iPhone 13 pro max graffiti 256. Can you tell me how long I still have to wait for my delivery? And why they say it’s 24hrs for dispatch when you do the upgrade?

At best you are looking at possibly 28 days if EE can obtain stock. There are many threads on this issue.
