Account Payments

How many times do you have to call EE, to get my account payments shorted. For over a week I've been on the phone. Calling them 6 or 7 times, and having to wait approximately  30 minutes each time before speaking to someone, and then spending, on average an hour on the phone.

 

I've spoken to them via chat so many times I've lost count, the last chat session for nearly 2hrs. The last few chat's/ phone calls, I've been promised it was all sorted, and that my bill would be amended.

 

This morning, checking my bank, I see they have taken the wrong amount. I told them umpteen times the information on my web account was showing the wrong information, I called & chatted to them yesterday voicing my concerns, and still everything is wrong.

 

The account details are still showing the wrong monthly amount to be taken from my account and the wrong balance. I'm absolutely furious, after the amount of time I've wasted on this.
