Hi, I had a message yesterday at 12:45 to say my number transfer was complete, I have the Google Pixel 6 and it is showing the new number correctly on the phone, calls work just fine with the transferred number but texts sent are still showing as from my old number, also any texts received are still going to my old SIM.
I've done the usual check number on the phone, restarted numerous times but I still don't receive texts on my Pixel they are still going to my old SIM.
Could someone look into this for me please. Thank you.

It was the chat features in the messaging app that was causing the problem as it was still showing the original EE number before the port had taken place, turned it off on my new and old phone, then turned back on on my new phone and it updated with the correct number.
Maybe a stickie with the information for Android and iPhone could help save people having to call customer service.
Thanks for taking the time to reply and a big thank you to the man on customer service, he obviously knew what he was doing.
