I have tried to get my pac code via text and through the web and also via 150.
Currently I am being told I need to wait 72 hours?
Is this standard practice?

Hi @JACKERL360.
If you've gone beyond the 72 hours that was mentioned, our Customer Care team would need to raise an investigation ticket to get this issue resolved on the account.
Does it still not allow you to get the PAC by text?

Hi @setchfield.
Welcome to the community.
I'm sorry to hear this.
You can text PAC to 65075 if you would prefer not to call.
Let me know if this helps.
Jon
