PAC code request 72 hours?

I have tried to get my pac code via text and through the web and also via 150.

Currently I am being told I need to wait 72 hours?

Is this standard practice?

Hi @JACKERL360,

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

What response do you get when you text PAC to 65075?

James

I don't get any response when I text 65075

When I do it via MYEE it says there is an error and I need to call 150

When I call 150 they say I have to wait a further 72 hours.

Hi @JACKERL360,

Did Customer Care mention what the issue was?

James

Said there was some sort of system error and that I needed to call back in 72 hours.

Hi @JACKERL360,

I'm not aware of any system outages affecting PAC codes. It may be an issue with your individual account that needs to be resolved before a PAC can be generated. When did you last speak to Customer Care?

James

I requested the pac on Tuesday via 150 and was told to call back in 72 hours due to a system error.

Thanks @JACKERL360

I would suggest giving us a call today on 150. The team will get this looked into for you.

Let me know how you get on 🙂

Leanne.
