EE Perk account deactivated

Hi, I work for the NHS and completed my EE perks registration a few years ago. Unfortunately the link expired and now every time I try log in it says my account is deactivated. I need a code as have purchased a new phone. How can I reactive my account again as I have asked EE for help but they stated that I would need to wait 30 days before the back room picked up my request!
