I ordered an additional phone today for my daughter on my account. I have had no notification at all that it has been ordred either by phone or email. I can't find anything about it on my account page online. Is that normal?

@katetreg Give customer services a call about this tomorrow as you should’ve had an email notification informing you of the order.

Order confirmation can take up to 24 hours to come through.
Have you checked your spam/junk folder of your email?
