So I've ordered the iPhone 11 due to my phone being broke, Ive just gone through all the checkout and it says thanks please call us to discuss the order... But erm the reason I've ordered it is because I can't do calls so what on earth do I do now as I can't find an email address and never a live chat!? Also what does it mean when they want you to call as I have had a contract for 2 years, I have 3 in total (I'm clumsy forever breaking them) do u think they will decline me?

Our Sales team must need to speak to you to complete the order. Do you have another phone you can call them on?

Hey man i recently done the same thing, i have awful anxiety about talking on phones but i ended up just calling them. They were very polite and literally just went through the order to make sure everything was correct and to make sure you were happy or needed to make and changes and just asked me about the extras like their cases and the insurance etc.
It was a 5 minute call of them just checking the details were right with the order and that was that. It was an easy conversation to have. Not sure if your reason for not being able to call but just thought i’d let you know why i got the same email after my order incase it helps.

Why do I have to call if the upfront payment has been paid. I only ask because I have very bad stutter.
