I have recently upgraded to a Galaxy S21 and am trying to redeem my free buds that come with it. Samsung have replied to me and said that I need to provide proof of my order. I cannot find orders anywhere on the app and don't seem to have any emails. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

You will need to speak to EE CS for the evidence you need if you don't have anything like the evidence in the below thread
