Mobile Data

I had a text message that said I have used all of my data, which I know I haven't as it states that I have not and was told it would refresh on the 13th when it refreshes on the 1st of every month and only just refreshed on Monday. I think it was a scam text but I can't use my mobile data.

On you on a Family Plan, if so could be on about Giftable Data.

No im not on family plan

It still says I've used all my data, but the data usage in my setting says completely different 

When you say settings, do you mean a Data Usage Tracker on your Phone. If so have you set the refresh date to match the date on your EE Plan.

I mean the actual settings on my phone where you go into WiFi or data settings. I'm not sure but its always said the 1st. It says data used from 1-28 of February but the text says it refreshes on the 13th which it never has.

It says the 1st on the phone because that's the Default Setting,  you need to set this so it matches your Plan refresh data.

 

Also bere in mind that the Phone one is only a guide, best to use the EE App or use the Browser one I posted for you.

But it has always refreshed on the 1st so I shouldn't have used all my data already in less than a week. I've never run out before
