I had a text message that said I have used all of my data, which I know I haven't as it states that I have not and was told it would refresh on the 13th when it refreshes on the 1st of every month and only just refreshed on Monday. I think it was a scam text but I can't use my mobile data.

I would recommend giving us a call so our customer care team can ensure your account refresh date is not the 13th.
