How do I get an email confirmation of my pre oder s21 ultra so I can claim my ear buds I never got one when I upgraded

Hi, I have this issue also, I sent samsung a copy of my delivery note but they want a copy of the order.

I'm the same they want a copy of the pre-ordrer which I don't remember having.

Yeah I got that and I sent that to them and still said not enough proof
